I love the spy (and nonoffical spy) genre. This yarn is believable and relavant to todays policital climate. Bill (William) really nailed it for keeping me ready to turn the next page. Great job Bill! As a former naval acoutic intelligence specialist I loved the submarine segments. There is a minor correction to the Kilo propulsion but I can't revel it. :)

What a great read! Looking forward to starting the next one in the series.
A great read from a new author, this thriller has well-drawn characters and a timely, riveting plot. The author's knowledge of the scenarios and details lends depth and chilling plausibility to the fast-paced storyline. I highly recommend the book and anticipate future offerings from this first-time novelist.
Sewell must have used Tom Clancy's editor. The book had the same structure and pacing of an early Clancy work. It will hold the interest through to the end.
Pretty standard spy novel, CIA guys are heroes in this one. The best part is the global atmosphere with events taking place in the China, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Israel, USA, etc. The author has insight into the workings of the intelligence community and military so it seems quite realistic, though with too many stereotypes (bad guys and good guys).
I spent the last 2 days burning through this book.
It's a great story packed with action & interesting characters.
If you like modern day espionage action, you need to read this book!
This book was great. It was filled with non stop action and very scary because things like this could be going on right now in the world. I could not put it down and would highly recommend it to anyone who likes Vince Flynn, Brad Thor, or Ben Coes. I can hardly wait until the next one. Peyton Stone is right up there with Mitch Rapp.
